Finally! I was able to go through all my photos and put them in some sort of order. Roughly, you'll see pictures around our condo, then our helicopter tour of the island. Next you'll see our long hike, which began at Ke'e beach, winded through the Nepali coast, and ended on a remote beach. You'll see sites at, in, and around Poipu beach (where we stayed). Lastly, you'll see our drive to Waimea Canyon, our trek down to Wailua falls, and a smattering of unbelievalbe sunsets from our balcony.
Paula did a much better job of outlining our trip here, so read all about. I'm just the photographer. A special thanks to my Dad who graciously handed over his Minolta 35 mm camera and lenses which got all of these shots:
Kauai 2005
Enjoy!

Wow, you sure got a lot of great pictures. Both the camera and the shooter did a great job!
Casey,
Those pictures are awesome! There are a few of you (one of you especially at the falls with the halo over your head) that look like they were taken right off the set of "Survivor." Also, what's with the rooster on the beach?

There are *cocks* all over the place in Kauai.
That *cock* followed us from the store to the beach, and ended up being a fan of Funyuns, which happened to be the junk food of the day.
I can beleive some cock on the beach nibbled on your funyuns!

Very beautiful great shots. Wonderful job. Who are the people in some of the beginning shots?

Thank you! Those are the (say it like Mr. Howell from Gilligan) "Knickerbockers."
They own the condo we stayed in and their pictures were all over - and we had a few good laughs - so I took a picture of that too. Leave no stone unturned as the photo guy, right?
