Baby Hess

As most of my 6 readers know already, we're having a baby. So good so far, all 3 parties intact.

I also figured that since our mothers are fighting over who's looks The Baby has in the comments section of the last post about a book on science and religion, I'd give them a fresh post to have at it.

Well, I was beginning to settle in with the idea that we might have to share in the "heritage department" and then I see that your mother-in-law is trying to claim some part in Michael's lineage....so I guess I will have to rethink the whole thing, or maybe just understand the excitement of a first time grandmother.....'cause IT IS THE BEST! Of course I AM equally excited, and I'm certain we can agree on that. Love that baby!

Jack is already planning "Camp Erwin".

The really neat thing is that Paula and Casey and Dina & Rick are all really close. These kids are going to have a great time growning up!

Our children will only be attending Camp Erwin if they get to go visit "Grampa Zed."

Grampa Zed - another good story to put into his repertory. You can bet that they will have to learn how to play Scrabble - his way.

Gosh, these litle babies are going to have such fun learning how to play Scrabble (Zed's way) and learning how to Farkle with the Hesses, and we have a great game for the little ones called Apple to Apple which is a barrel or laughs. I think we might have to have Camp Erwin/Hess and get them all together for fun. One thing for sure, they will be LOVED!

Hey Jamie,
Thank you - did you hear it here first? That's amazing if so, I didn't think anyone actually read my blog outside the moms...

We're very excited, and very pass-outey.

I hadn't finished reading it before I called Paula...I saw her name at the top of the scan and called her immediately. This is such exciting news for us all!
