Just happened across an article from The Bad Plus blog I read every day. They were linking to this story from the NYTimes about Miles and his induction into the Rock Hall of Fame. First off, yes, a bit odd that there even is a Rock Hall of Fame, but getting past that... I'm not sure I like this. I haven't thought about it enough yet, but i'm leaning more towards dropping him in the jazz bucket and moving on, knowing he *rocked.*
Let's leave it at that.
