Tunecore

So far so good. I've been researching how to get my new CD to iTunes without paying too many middlemen. CDBABY is one option, but the fine print says they take a cut of each download. I randomly happened upon Tunecore while reading some forum post about labels, and so far have been very impressed. They make you pay a yearly fee (about $20) to get your album up on the iTunes store. The tools and setup are really simple, and looks to be a pretty quick turnaround after mailing out the music. I needed some quick help with a graphic image the other day and emailed tech support. Someone emailed back in less than 30 minutes, then we exchanged real-time emails back and forth until the problem was solved. (That could also mean the company is 3 guys in a stinky apartment.)
I'll like 'em better if my paypal account starts fillin' up.

Hey! Our apartment is not stinky!

Well, I did make this garlic chicken, that was pretty garlic stinky...

Thanks, Casey, glad you're happy so far. Note, it's only $7.98 a year, the rest was one-time delivery costs. As for filling your paypal with cash, well! You sell it, we'll pass it along! We have a new marketing and promotion page that might offer you some helpful hints.
