Camping in Kettle

Here's some pictures from our successful weekend of camping up in southern Wisconsin. We aren't campers, have never played one on tv, but do wanna be... After some major prepwork and trips to the sporting goods stores, we left for wisconsin Friday afternoon. Thankfully our six week old kid Otto seemed to like it even more than we did. It was 40 at night, but he could've cared less.

Here's some more photos.

The pictures are awesome! Good thing you had that very cool, cozy blanky. I think it also might have warded off the bears:)

L - i just noticed the 'foot' next to your name. so i clicked. then, i went to your blog. wow! I then found out I'm the last dummy to know that you actually have one. I saw a post by me, but that was actually Paula. I'll add you to my bloglines! Hooray - so glad you've joined us. I can't wait for the arguments between you and E to surface on the web.

What's a blogline? Yeah, I saw you posted a while back and didn't know it was Paula. Sorry, I didn't have your new email, so you accidently got left out. I'm have some technical trouble...all of a sudden I can't post pictures. Hmmm... Next time I am in the same state as you, you will have to show me how to link to all the photoes like you do. Oh well, hopefully I'll figure it all out.

L - I use picasa to organize my digital photos, i use hello to post to my blog (it's also available in picasa), and I use the picasa export html page feature to create the gallery. then i have my own web space on missionfromdog.com where i ftp the exported html page to. I make a link to the index.html page and posted that on the blog.

Chew on that until thanksgiving...

hey, jamie. i got that orange fleece [or elmo costume] at the patagonia on clybourn a year or two ago. it was on clearance [i love buying stuff off season] and is easily one of my favorite purchases. if you can stand the construction on clybourn [as if navigating it with traffic wasn't annoying enough], head over there.

Wow, you guys look like serious campers. Glad you had such a good time, and I really enjoyed the beautiful pictures. Of course the ones of Otto are adorable, and I can't believe those chubby little cheeks, makes me want to kiss them.
