Reason #8,565,135 to live by the Mediterranean Diet

Seems like we've all heard this now 500 times, but once again polyphenols as found in red wine and fruit and veggies is good for us. Is this still news? Apparently.

What they're not mentioning, is that part of the Mediterranean diet includes the geography - warm weather, oceans, beaches, etc. Cold, dank-ass Chicago for the next 5 months has been scientifically proven to be bad for your health.

Hey, crab-ass! It could be worse, you could live in Greenland.

Everywhere you go there's something. Down south, there is mold, pine pollen and palmetto bugs (roaches, actually). Out west, heat heat heat, scorpions and snakes.

You just have to find the good stuff where you are. I have always felt that where you are is in your own skin (I luv ya, you crab-ass).

Diane is right. "Do you want me to send you back to where you were!? Unemployed? In Greenlaaaaaand?"
