Day Whatever: Berlin

Not much time to post, but I've finally arrived in Seoul, with a chance to post a picture from Berlin. We were at the Brandenburg Gate in this picture with a group of street people entertaining the tourists... Of course, as always, if anyone can cause a scene by minding their own business, it's me. Thankfully, I became the byproduct of many a tourist laugh. Never fails. Note to self, head down, no smiling.

On Sunday, I began in Berlin, flew to London, then to Shanghai, China, and ended in Seoul, Korea. It was a travel day I hope to erase from memory in the near future, but of course, had some good laughs at myself as I ran with an eighty pound backpack full of nearly-confiscated camera equipment through Pu Dong airport in Shanghai.

I made my Seoul flight by 5 minutes.

As if the travel day wasn't enough, we, of course, had a dinner plan set. I found myself without shoes, seated indian-style, eating and drinking all kinds of assorted and pickled foods. I never thought I'd find myself adding garlic and extra hot sauce to an already spicy cuisine. Nevertheless, I'm sure there's no way any bacteria, or flight-born virus can (or would want to) overtake me now! Off to work!
